Internship Requirement

Is now live!

We have developed an On Line Internship Program Registration System.  Not only will you the student be able to complete all the necessary paperwork in one location, but both the supervising faculty and site supervisor will be able to log on enter data and approve all forms.  There are on line journals and for the first time students will be able to evaluate their internship experience so that we may develop a future application that will allow PUBP students to read anonymous reviews of internships to help aide them in determining if they would like to apply.

No system is perfect and we will be the first to admit signing up officially for any internship at a university can feel a bit like freshman registration, so if you run across something not working (not for lack of reading our detailed instructions) then let us know and we will get right on it.  You feedback is also encouraged because after all this system is for you! We are very proud of this application and did a lot of research looking at how other institutions process internships before we took on the challenge to build this ourselves.   A big thank you goes to Ivan Allen College undergraduate and CM major Harrison Leach for his expertise in programming! And I was pleased to put my new certificate in web programming to good use! And many thanks to our master vocabulist Richard Barke and IAML major Jamie Kazenstein for doing a little bit of everything.

Cheers Elizabeth!
