Certificate

Students who wish to be awarded a certificate in Philosophy, Science and Technology must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of PST courses; at least 3 of these courses must be taken at the 3000 level or higher. Courses counting toward the certificate must be taken on a letter grade basis; a grade of C or better must be achieved in each course.

Minor

Students who wish to obtain a Minor in Philosophy, Science and Technology (PST) must complete at least 18 hours of PST course work, 12 hours of which must be at the level of 3000 or above; these courses must be taken for a letter grade and completed with a grade point average of at least 2.0. No more than 4 hours can be Special Topics courses (PST 4801-2-3); Special Problem courses (PST 4901-2-3) do not count toward a PST Minor.
